In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of DeltaV systems, working with Emerson’s international engineering teams.

• Engage with clients to discuss design philosophies, contribute to Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) studies, and oversee system topology and design.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

• Conduct on-site activities such as design studies, system testing, and hands-on training.

• Present and demonstrate technical solutions, providing expert guidance to clients and teams.

• Ensure compliance with Emerson standards while leading a skilled technical team across global offices.
   

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A degree in Engineering (specializing in automation, electronics, communication systems, or industrial IT).

• At least five years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas or process industry.

• Expertise in Process Automation System programming and control system configuration.

• Strong technical documentation skills in English and Norwegian.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
