Do you want to work in a dynamic and international setting where you can use your experience in trade and logistics?

We are looking for a Trade & Transport Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating international trade activity, transport solutions and customs processes. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient flow of goods and compliance with current regulations.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the Trade & Transportation team.

• Book transport and prepare documents, including customs clearance and invoicing, as well as follow-up of carriers.

• Follow up on invoices from suppliers, freight costs and the department's overall KPIs.

• Work on continuous improvements in accordance with the company's strategy.

• Help ensure that we comply with current regulations at all times.

• Collaborate across departments.

• Be helpful with all the department's tasks.

Your background

• Relevant experience or education in transport, logistics or international trade.

• Knowledge of current customs rules, transport regulations and international shipping is an advantage.

• Good IT skills in Office 365 and TVINN.

• Experience with SAP is desirable.

• Must be able to communicate fluently in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
