Dynamic and detail-oriented People Operations professional!
We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People Operations professional to join the team! As a key member of our HR team, you'll play an essential role in shaping our workplace culture, managing sensitive employee data, and driving operations initiatives that make Astrup Fearnley a great place to work.
You'll be the go-to expert for all things People Ops—providing guidance on company policies and procedures, optimizing HR systems for efficiency, and continuously enhancing our onboarding and offboarding experiences. This position is located in Oslo and offers a dynamic working environment.
The role demands a dedicated individual who takes responsibility and delivers on time and as expected. You must be structured and contribute to maintaining the highest quality in our underlying services and processes. Your tasks include:
Manage HR documentation, ensuring policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are met
Oversee employee data within the HRM system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation while identifying opportunities for system improvements and automation
Work closely with payroll, IT, and other departments to resolve employee issues and ensure smooth HR operations
Manage the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members, including employment contracts
Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance across regions and jurisdictions
Contribute to the Working Environment Committee (AMU) and general HSE Work environment
Manage employee benefits, benefits education, and employee leave processes and coordinate with insurance providers
Support marketing and branding activities, including internal and external events, when needed
Handle HR queries and support the HR team with various tasks and projects
Who are you?
Minimum of 3 + years of demonstrated experience in Human Resource role
Higher education, preferably in the Human Resource management-area
High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
A curious and digital person, competent in HRM platforms (CatalystOne is an advantage)
Understanding of HR policies and best practices
Ability to identify opportunities and find creative solutions for Human Resource processes
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well across all levels and teams of the organization
Fluent proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
