We are looking for a Procurement Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, particularly within the oil and gas industry.

Job Description

• Contract Strategy Development & Execution: Plan, develop, implement, and execute contract strategies, including Invitations to Tender (ITT), bid opening, negotiation, evaluation, clarifications, contractual drafts, awards, and handovers.

• Contract Management: Oversee contract management activities and ensure effective close-out procedures.

• Experience Transfer: Take the initiative to ensure knowledge and experience transfer across the team and organization.

• Business Support: Provide support to the business as needed and contribute to overall procurement strategy.

• Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify and mitigate risks while capitalizing on procurement opportunities.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in procurement, with a focus on the oil & gas industry (preferably from the operator side).

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Procurement Systems and project procurement processes.

• Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
