Job Description
As a Sales and Customer Success Manager, main responsibilities will include ensuring Bluware and Sharp Reflections products are promoted, sold, and optimally installed and used for our clients. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, delivering the revenues assigned to you, maximizing the value of the company’s products and services, solving problems, and being a brand ambassador. Excellent problem-solving, customer-focused skills, time management, and collaboration/communication skills will be critical to succeed in this role. You will engage with new and existing clients and present at conferences to increase the client base and grow existing accounts. You will work closely with the product team to stay up to date with our latest innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
Market, promote, and sell all Bluware and Sharp Reflections products and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets, toward business continuity and growth
Maximize the value of all products and services provided by both Bluware and Sharp Reflections
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Provide technical demonstration of Bluware and Sharp Reflections tech stack.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with the team members.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
Monitor and manage the promotional commercial value of all work done by Bluware and Sharp Reflections
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Be an efficient user of Salesforce
Create a positive and collaborative culture within the team in particular and the company in general
Work closely with the business development team to ensure business continuity and customer success.
Provide support in the generation of marketing material to promote Bluware and Sharp Reflection offerings.
Gather customer feedback and share it with the other units across the company.

Skills and Experience:
Required:
5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer success, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer success strategies.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Bluware and Sharp Reflections products or similar software in the energy, geoscience, or data visualization domains.
Experience delivering technical demonstrations and onboarding new users.
Background in geoscience, data analytics, or related technical fields.
Experience gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Experience contributing to or developing marketing and promotional content.
