Job description
As Commercial Performance & Site Partner Manager at Recharge, your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop partnerships with new and existing location partners, with the ultimate goal of increasing the amount of energy sold at our charging stations.
This role involves identifying, qualifying, and processing new leads for potential partners, as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing partners. You will engage in negotiations, presentations, contract discussions, and performance monitoring. You will collaborate with a diverse range of partners, including local property owners, restaurants, municipalities, and multinational real estate owners.
This is an exciting segment to work within, where the business model focuses on mutual benefit and cooperation agreements that benefit both parties. You will also contribute to strategic decision-making, product development, and business improvements across the company, having the partner perspective in mind.

- Educational background, such as a BSc/BA in business administration, sales, economics or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in partner and/or key account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Capability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Experience in contract negotiations including basic legal competence.
- Advanced language skills in Norwegian and English.
- Proactive, accurate, organized, and reliable
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
- Capability to work independently yet collaboratively (teamwork).
- Analytical mindset and skills in MS Excel/PowerBi/SalesForce
- Driver’s license.

Place of work: at our HQ in Moss or office in central Oslo. Some traveling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to the Head of Commercial Performance & Site Partners.
