Join Our Transformation Team as a Business Analyst
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our Transformation and Efficiency team, which consists of a total of 7 members. In this role, you will be responsible for analysis, reporting, and supporting decision-making to drive efficiency across the bank.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong analytical background who is eager to contribute to optimizing our business and enhancing overall financial performance.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for metrics control and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable financial efficiencies.
In your capacity as an advisor, you will support functional owners in budgeting, monitoring, forecasting, and synergy identification by leveraging professional digital tools and providing dedicated business partner guidance. A key responsibility will be to contribute to the automation and digitalization of processes and deliverables, utilizing advanced digital tools such as Power BI, Spend Analysis Tool, Agresso Excelerator, and AI, among others.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting control processes, including monitoring, follow-up, and reporting on actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Acting as a Business Partner to provide functional owners with tools and advisory support for budgeting, monitoring, forecasting, and synergy identification.
- Analyzing cost structures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting financial planning.
- Aligning and driving transformation and optimization initiatives, ensuring consistent tracking of bank-level activities within the transformation framework.
- Establishing and enhancing the Nordic cost management framework, fostering cost awareness across functional areas and ensuring organizational alignment.
- Developing and implementing frameworks for advanced cost analytics linked to functional families and product business lines by leveraging process automation and digital tools for analytics and reporting.

Competencies and Skills
- Financial Analysis: Proficient in financial analysis and calculations.

- Digitalization: Experience with AI, digitalization, and automation.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (written and oral).
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial data and its implications.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Agresso, Power BI).
Preferred Experience & Educatoin
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in financial analysis, controlling, or cost management (banking experience preferred).
- Knowledge: Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of financial analysis and calculations.
- International Exposure: Experience in an international organization is a plus.
