We are looking for a passionate and experienced Commercial Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help us drive our product strategy to new heights

As a Commercial Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our product portfolio in the Nordic region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and growth of our products. Your strategic vision and commercial acumen will be key in driving our product success and achieving our business goals.

You will and work closely with our Tech, Marketing, Pricing and Channel and our B2B sales teams, as well as experts and stakeholders in the rest of the Nordic organization. 

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market.
• Define product requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and prioritize features.
• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to inform future product iterations.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to termination, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Create business cases and go-to-market plans to maximize product profitability.
• Present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Success factors

• At least 7 years of experience in product management, with experience in business/ commercials 
• Strong analytical skills (and utilization of e.g. MS Excel, Power BI) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
• Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience from work with CX, service design and digital competence.
• Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive progress in a matrix organization.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Experience from differentiating and packaging offerings and features.
• Academic degree in relevant field, such as business or engineering.
• Advanced language skills in Nordic languages and English.
• Driver’s license and thorough experience driving EV.

Place of work: at our HQ in Moss, office in central Oslo or office in central Stockholm. Some traveling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to the Head of Product Management.
