Areas of responsibility:
- Generate, follow up and close business opportunities in our international market.
- Follow up already existing leads and customers.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Expansion to new markets.
- Establishing CondAlign as a strong brand in relevant markets.
Qualifications and skills:
- Technical/technological knowledge and understanding.
- Ability to build strong relations during long lasting, complicated sales processes and negotiations, while staying focused on the commercial goal.
- Experience from B2B technology/project sales and business development.
- Extensive commercial experience, including customer communication.
- Deep understanding of commercial models and go-to-market strategies in high-tech environments.
- Proactive and independent contributor with a focus on team performance.
- The confidence and ability to present and discuss highly technical and commercial topics at the highest level.
- Excellent communications skills, oral and written, including professional proficiency in English.
- Intercultural understanding and experience from international negotiations and sales processes.
