Targovax is seeking a new CFO to join our innovative and dynamic team!

Targovax is currently seeking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will, in accordance with the company’s business strategy, take an active role in the further development of the company, and participate in Targovax’s strategic and operative development.

As our new CFO, you will play a key role in the company. Together with the CEO, you will build the value of Targovax and its investor base with long term specialist investors. You will provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team, provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and the management team, manage the processes for equity financing, lead IR activities, manage financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting. You will also prepare the company for a potential dual listing.

We are looking for you, who have a master's degree or MBA, and at least 5-10 years of management experience. You are a capital markets professional or CFO with strong capital markets experience, having conducted raises with local, international, generalist and specialist investors. You may have had experience as investment banker or with dual listings, but not necessarily. You have a good understanding of what is important for investors.

Other relevant qualifications are excellent written and oral communication skills in English, relationship building, adaptability, detail oriented, multitasking and the ability to work independently and at the same time be a good team player.
