In 2021 Desert Control increased LNC production capacity by more than 300%, achieved five times organizational growth, expanded to the U.S., and successfully entered a strategic partnership with Mawarid by forming a new sales and distribution company for LNC in Abu Dhabi to serve the UAE and Middle East region. Desert Control has a strong position and remains well-funded to execute planned commercialization and market expansion ahead.

The Group CCO role is a new position and will be a key member of the executive leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to build an organization with the ability to drive full-scale commercialization, develop new markets, and implement go-to-market strategies for accelerated growth on a global scale.

To succeed as Group COO in Desert Control, you have strong leadership qualities and experience working in an international environment. You have developed a variety of commercial concepts to meet market demand and a proven track record from both larger companies and early-stage scale-ups. You probably hold an MSc or BSc in finance/business administration or other related subjects.

We expect you to have a solid strategic and commercial mindset on a global level, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong external and internal relations. Full proficiency in English is required.

Office location is Stavanger, Norway. Extensive international travel is expected.
