SVP Tolling Technology - Q-Free ASA

Product management – HW/FW/SW development, system integration and delivery

Your key responsibility as SVP Tolling Technology will be

-          ensure that Q-Free stays at the forefront of tolling technology and offers the best performance, quality, and value to our customers today and in the future

-          build a thriving and capable technology organization.

You will have more than 80 experts in tolling HW, FW, SW, and system integration in your organization. The Technology organization consists of the three sub-groups products, software, and systems.

To succeed in your role, you need to take a holistic view where you are able to lead dedicated HW and SW development efforts as well as system integration projects drawing from toolboxes in several technical domains.

Moreover, you need to build and retain a strong organization and senior leadership team. In your role you will report to Senior EVP Tolling and become a member of the Tolling senior management team. Your work location will be Trondheim, and a prerequisite for taking on the position is your ability to spend the majority of your working hours in Trondheim.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience from senior management positions
• University degree in relevant engineering/technology
• Solid understanding of the entire value chain of a technology company competing internationally. Technical and business acumen and knowledge to understand the context of our products and customers.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build a thriving and capable team that proactively recognizes and solves issues and captures new opportunities.
