Chief CMC Officer reports to CEO and is part of a diverse and international team. The position is based in Oslo.

We are looking for an autonomous and operative Chief CMC Officer, with demonstrated abilities in planning and running CMC processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Flexibility and willingness to stand up when needed is important, as well are excellent communication and collaboration skills for contributing to a good working environment.


Primary responsibilities
 

• Establish, manage, and develop the SoftOx Solutions CMC team
• Prioritize and co-ordinate job tasks and make necessary CMC decisions within frames of R&D, pre-clinical sciences, and research
• Ensure appropriate training in GLP & GMP, and in external and internal quality & regulatory requirements and standards
• Direct, lead and coach the team for ensuring the delivery of CMC requirements for SoftOx Solutions projects, fit for purpose and at agreed time, cost, and quality
• Assist project managers in defining specific study packages for the different SoftOx Solutions projects
• Manage, clarify, and challenge when needed
• Plan and manage budgets for CMC activities
• EHS responsibility
