Senior Project Manager

The Project Department have overall responsibility for large international EPC projects. The Senior Project Manager is part of the Project Department and reports to the VP Project & Engineering.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Accountable for promoting HSE and quality mindset as well as commercial awareness
• Management and execution of large international EPC projects
• Establish and manage a cross-functional project team
• Responsible for deliveries in accordance with contractual requirements and specifications, in compliance with company policies, schedules and budget
• Responsible for project scope of work / supply, schedules and financial results
• Daily project follow-up, progress and cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting

• Master of Science or Business degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a Project Management role
• Experience with strategic planning and goals
• Experience from management of early phase studies
• Experience from management of large scale (>500 MNOK) EPC projects
• Excellent multidiscipline understanding
• Good knowledge of project execution models from large EPC projects
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, both verbally and written

• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Flexible and dynamic, taking responsibility for work scope 
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Proactive and focused on safety and project goals
• Extensive international travel will in periods be required
