What’s going on? 

After building a robust and well-functioning global finance team, our amazing CFO has accepted new challenges within the organization. Don’t worry – we don’t expect you to fill her shoes all up. Actually, we’re hoping to find a slightly different pair of shoes. They could be in a different fabric, a different color or perhaps even a pair of slippers?

As every Easee employee, you need to live and breathe our mission: We put people and planet first to shape the future of electricity. In order to do that, we need to constantly improve the robustness of our financial planning and reporting, so we know we won’t run out of fuel. 

As CFO you’ll be overall responsible for managing liquidity and profitability, as well as the financial statements and tax papers of the Easee group. We expect you to continue developing and supporting the global finance team, in addition to supporting the leadership team and Board with valuable analyses and relevant financial information. You’ll be involved in company strategy work and you’ll be key in securing successful entries into new markets.

The Finance team at Easee is quite something. They are a diverse and professional group, at the same time as they have room for tons of humor and love. We would even dare to say that the team may be the best benefit of entering this position.

The team has a hairy ambition that relevant information for decisions with financial impact should be available and based on live data at all times. Instead of just reporting on historical numbers, the main focus is to get all input right the first time. By constantly improving systems and processes we aim to make Easee more data driven in financial planning and decision-making.

Your role in the finance team will be to inspire, support and make sure we utilize the full potential of all team members. There will also be times when we need all hands on deck, so we hope you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty

Who do we think you are? 

As a human you are humble, yet assertive when necessary. You communicate clearly and, as a senior leader, you understand the importance of inspiring and leading by example. You are used to balancing financial details with strategic analysis and overall priorities. 

You most likely have a relatively traditional finance background, where accounting, tax, financial planning and corporate finance is your home turf. You preferably also have international experience that can be valuable to Easee’s future growth plans. 

Perhaps you already work as a CFO or close to the CFO in a different company? But maybe you miss being part of a working environment where people aim to understand different perspectives and feedback is seen as a gift? Where problems are accompanied by proposed solutions and decisions made by empowered teams? A place where people are expected to take extreme ownership. A place where you feel 100% at home.
