You will oversee teams in Arendal, Singapore, Houston, and France, setting sales targets and developing robust and comprehensive strategies to achieve them. Your expertise will minimize risk and facilitate successful project execution.
We are headquartered out of Arendal in Norway, but are flexible on the office location and can consider Stavanger, Oslo or other locations within Europe or the UK.

Key responsibilities:
You will lead and guide our Sales Managers, After Market Services, as well as our Proposals Managers and Marketing Managers. Additionally, you will advance business development and global sales of our technologies and services, while developing effective sales strategies. This also involves:
- Developing and maintaining contact with the client base and help to develop privileged relationships with the clients through the Sales Managers.
- Assisting in identifying projects which present an opportunity to sell our technology and services.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients in cooperation with the technical and legal departments.
- Identifying potential Joint Venture Partners, Consortium Partners and Sales Representatives as required, and negotiate applicable agreements.
What you will bring:
To succeed in the role, you will have a solid understanding of the Oil and Gas market as well as the emerging renewable markets, and an understanding of the customers and companies in these industries. You will have the ability to understand what is important to the customer and translate that into sales results together with your team. In addition, you will have:
- An Engineering or Business university degree (BSc / MSc).
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the offshore or marine industry, and 5 years in marketing and sales activities.
- Excellent understanding of the technical, contractual, and commercial aspects of the markets we operate in, including risks and opportunities.
- Proven team leadership skills in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Throughout our 30 years of existence, we have developed advanced turret mooring-, and loading/unloading solutions for the global offshore oil/gas and renewable industry. With a strong focus on innovation and cost efficiency, we are a world leader in our field with over 80 installations in water depths between 12 and 2,500 meters.
