Location: Preferably Molde office, but Oslo is an option for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT consulting sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the IT consulting industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
