Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for you who wants to be part of the data driven energy transition we are in the middle of. You probably work with, or want to work with, energy management, industrial data, data driven decisions for operational support. You want to work with customer in the energy industry to make them reach their full potential, and you are seeking continuous progression and growth; In team, individual and with our new and existing customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales for our APM-solutions and further build the Portfolio: You’ll be responsible for driving sales toward customers independently, backed by a strong team across ABB. Support and further develop the growth of our APM business from a solution consulting or technical sales perspective. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and aspirations, and guiding them on their journey to meet and exceed those needs
- Digital Portfolio: Focus on selling ABB’s increasingly robust digital portfolio, with a special emphasis on Asset Performance Management (APM)
- Prospect and Secure Sales: Build a prospect list, explore new business models, and inspire data-driven concepts that transform how our customers work.
Position ABB: Help position ABB as a relevant and future fit player in the digital landscape.
Qualifications for the role
- Your Background:
- We value diversity and encourage applicants who may not check all the boxes but bring unique perspectives:
- Education: Relevant engineering or technical education. Strong focus on electro.
- Experience: Exposure to electro and/or automation, with a strong desire to enhance digital competence.
- Knowledge or Interest for: Digital solutions such as Asset Performance Management, Condition Monitoring and Reliability Services. We also believe you have strong experience in client relationship management and a customer-focused perspective. A solid understanding of industrial software solutions will make your job easier.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Norwegian will be crucial for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
