About the Role

As a Project and Sustainability Managerat Bulk Industrial Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall lifespan planning of our portfolio of buildings, including the implementation and reporting on sustainability measures. The candidate will be responsible for leading our work with CSRD/ESRS. This includes managing the implementation and updating of risk assessments, stakeholder analyses, and reporting on goal achievement, including climate footprint. Each Project Manager in our team is responsible for the establishment and follow-up of sustainability initiatives within their projects. What we currently lack is a resource who will take overall responsibility for collecting data from the projects and compiling this for Bulk Industrial Real Estate's sustainability reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing project tasks and frameworks.
• Assembling and leading project organization.
• Defining, managing, and reporting on project risks, progress, and finances.
• Establishing communication strategies and contract models.
• Defining implementation models for contracts and clarifications with authorities and customers.
• Negotiating and following up on project purchases and contracts.
• Defining, managing, and documenting project activities.
• Establishing and maintaining project-specific Safety and Health Administration (SHA) plans and organizations.
• Following up and reporting on SHA and environmental issues related to projects.
• Making technical-economic assessments and optimizations within the project framework.
• Carrying out handovers, preparing experience reports, and following up on complaints and guarantees.
• Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Serving as a resource for the company in relation to project implementation and real estate development knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

As our new Project and Sustainability Manager, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:

• A background in engineering, preferably at the master’s level (bachelor level will also be considered).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience related to construction and/or real estate development.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
• A systematic, cost-conscious, and effective work approach.
• The ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and structure.
• High integrity and a service-oriented attitude.
• A strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
