As our new Manager, Administration you will lead and manage administrative teams across multiple Rig Aftermarket offices in Norway, ensuring that daily operations run seamlessly and efficiently. You will oversee a talented group of professionals responsible for supporting our aftermarket operations, while driving productivity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive to achieve the team's goals and objectives. This includes recruiting, training and developing personnel.
- Manage and participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and priorities to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize metrics to monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of tasks and processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and offer improvement solutions.
- Manage special projects and track progress toward company goals
- Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
What you will bring:
- A strong operations background, with experience managing cross-functional administrative teams.
- Expertise in project management, including implementing new systems and processes to drive efficiency.
- Financial understanding to support budgeting, forecasting, and accounting oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across geographies and departments.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for innovative ways to streamline processes.
