Bulk Industrial Real Estate is now seeking Investment & Strategy Manager
About the Role
As Investment & Strategy Manager at Bulk Industrial Real Estate, you will drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing joint ventures (JVs) with board responsibilities. You will lead the development of strategic business plans, conduct financial modelling, and deliver key insights to senior leadership. Your role will involve managing the land bank, participating in M&A processes, and supporting leasing, sales, and purchasing activities. With a proactive, analytical mindset and experience in real estate finance, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future while preparing high-level reports and presentations.
Ongoing responsibilities
- Proactively seek and pursue business opportunities, including new partnerships, growth opportunities, etc.
- Responsible for JVs (partnerships), including Board representation
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership and the Board, offering insights into key business developments and future prospects.
- Develop, maintain and report on the plot bank
- Participate in M&A processes, including DD responsibility and transactions of plot
- Responsible for developing the strategy and hereby the strategic business plans
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business
- Financial modelling and business cases
- Provide operational reporting and analyses
Other projects and processes
- Assist in selected processes and projects, including:
- Coordination of quarterly business review
- Annual revision and development of strategy for Bulk Industrial Real Estate
- Support analysis of leasing, sales and purchasing processes/cases (sensitivity etc.)
- Support preparation of presentation material and various analysis
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Master of Business Administration
- Experience: 3-7 years experience with finance within the real estate sector
- IT: Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Language: Excellent written and verbal English and Norwegian skills
