As our Director of Product Management, you’ll spearhead the strategic vision and execution of our product ecosystem, driving innovation and excellence. Collaborating with our dedicated Product and Development Teams, you’ll lead the charge in creating exceptional user experiences and achieving strategic business outcomes. Your influence will extend across the organization as you shape product strategy, prioritize impactful initiatives, and engage with a passionate global community of users and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Craft and communicate a forward-thinking product vision that aligns with organizational goals and emerging market trends, solidifying H5P’s leadership in the edtech space.
• Roadmap Leadership: Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring a balance between short-term deliverables and long-term strategic objectives. Translate market insights and user feedback into actionable strategies.
• Market Mastery: Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to refine positioning, enhance value propositions, and anticipate future opportunities. Represent H5P at industry-leading events.
• Execution Excellence: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, making data-driven decisions to refine strategy and improve outcomes. Mitigate risks and ensure operational success.
• Leadership Impact: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and strategic execution. Drive alignment across functions to maximize impact.
• Management Team Collaboration: Contribute to the overall direction of H5P as a key member of the management team, shaping objectives and strategies to achieve organizational success.

What We’re Looking For:

• A track record of visionary software product leadership with over 5 years of experience in high-level product management roles.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics in education and technology, with the ability to translate insights into impactful actions.
• Expertise in defining and executing product strategies that achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in presenting strategic plans, market insights, and performance metrics to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing complex product lifecycles and delivering exceptional user experiences across platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
