Highly motivated and technical skilled Maintenance Manager wanted!
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Norway (CCEPN) is searching for a highly motivated and technical skilled Maintenance Manager, that has the ability to create a work environment where everyone can be at their best. The aim of the role is to; (1) develop maintenance team with high competence and engagement, (2) ensure that all equipment used in manufacturing and distribution is available to meet production and distribution service requirements at all times, and (3) be the subject matter expert for technicians and technical issues in manufacturing, and site responsible for electrical safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Create an inspiring and including team environment, with an open and respectful communication culture based on trust and mutual respect
- Based on CCEP overall strategy set team goals, translate clearly to team members, set direction and monitor progress
- Organize the maintenance function to ensure efficiency and flexibility
- Performance management; identify team’s strengths and weaknesses, coach and support individuals to ensure they deliver on their individual goals and can be at their best
- Be an active part of the leadership team in Supply Chain, and in central CCEP Maintenance forums
- Visible as a role model for CCEP’s ways of working
- Overall responsibility for CCEPN apprenticeship program
Maintenance:
- Contribute to the development of the maintenance strategy and key processes. Ensure it is converted into a plan which clearly details, tasks and frequencies aligned with CCEP asset care strategy. This to guarantee that the standard condition of assets is achieved and maintained
- Drive ME/CP improvement together with main stakeholders (like OE, operations etc.)
- Oversee coaching and training to ensure full implementation of maintenance plans to the standards identified
- Manage the criticality of spares required for maintenance execution and a contingency of key parts required for breakdowns to avoid line / warehousing stoppages
- Responsible for M&R budget; build, approve, follow up and deliver on
- Ensure standardization of stock value in order to minimize maintenance and repair spend
- Ensure a library of technical documents are kept up to date, to ensure a good guiding for work tasks in maintenance execution and breakdown procedures
Asset care and automatization:
- Provide expertise in automation opportunities and contribute to develop the site into future standards and opportunities
- Identify opportunities for improving line utilization and machine reliability
- Ensure the central maintenance management system is updated regularly to give visibility across the supply chain
Standards and collaboration:
- Ensure company standards and legal requirements for product, quality, safety, environment and people are met and improved, including responsibility for electrical safety to meet regulations for all CCEP departments
- Responsibility for new regulations such as Cybersecurity regulations NIS2
- Be a role model for site safety best practices, and ensure there is minimum risk to people and products, by following KORE standards and incorporate learning’s into future practices
- Encourage an engaging environment that drives continuous improvements and high performance culture by sharing and replicate best practices (internal and external)
- Ensure that “technical know-how” is shared among team members and captured into standardized procedures
Preferred experience:
- Operational experience as maintenance manager or other relevant managerial role from an manufacturing environment
- Proven track record from leadership with development of people and culture
- Experience in planning maintenance operations with budget responsibility
- Hands-on technical experience and “know-how” from relevant machinery and equipment, from both an automation and electrical viewpoint
- Familiar with world class equipment asset care, automation and utilization approaches
- Comfortable communicating in Norwegian and English
