Nammo is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence to champion efficiency, process improvement, and innovation across all operational functions. About the Role

As Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence, you will lead the development and implementation of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance across the organization. You will build and lead a team of specialists in production systems, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence, collaborating closely with Business Units and sites to drive improvement agendas and implement strategies.

This role also includes overseeing the supply chain at the corporate level, with responsibilities for category management and ensuring alignment with Nammo’s strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key player in driving Nammo’s operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and set strategic direction for the operational excellence function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of a Nammo Production System to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate across functions and sites to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and align with industry best practices.
• Establish and monitor KPI’s to track operational performance.
• Provide leadership in automation and digitalization efforts..

To succeed in this role

To succeed in this role you should be a strategic and execution-focused leader with strong collaboration skills and a commitment to driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in Operations management, preferably with relevant education within manufacturing, engineering or related fields. You should have at least 10 years of senior-level experience in operations management and process improvement within a multinational organization, with a proven track record of leading initiatives to enhance operational performance. Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, production systems, and driving efficiency across complex organizations is essential. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and lead diverse teams effectively.
