Cameras and sensors have allowed us humans to capture and revisit moments and have become a central part of almost any industry. At Muybridge we are re-inventing cameras by turning them into software. We are now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer / VP Sales to join our team. An opportunity to put your mark on how the company grows internationally in a position with responsibility for both strategy, sales, partner sales and leadership.
Chief Commercial Officer / VP Sales
As CCO / VP Sales you will together with the rest of the management team be responsible for scaling our sales, with the following key tasks and responsibilities:
- Build and develop our commercial engine
- Design, build and grow sales capabilities
- Develop our external sales processes, both in relation to direct sales and partner sales
- Scale salesops/revops backbone to support growth ambitions
- Further improve and re-structure contracts and commercial proposals
- Negotiate and close strategic contracts
- Generate and qualify leads on an international scale
- Manage and build a sales organization with a growth mindset
- Ensure we have a solid after-sales process based on customer engagement
- Implement and lead commercial launch preparations
- Monitor market trends and spot opportunities
- Be “out in the field” presenting our technology offering
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with previous experience in building and driving sales teams, with experience from partner sales and B2B sales on an international scale.
- Bachelor or Master within relevant field
- 10+ years experience from international sales within tech or broadcast
- You have previously led a successful commercial growth journey
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build and lead successful sales teams
- Successful track record of negotiating and closing significantly sized contracts
- Experience from both direct sales and partner sales
- Structured, proactive and a great ability to spot opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written presenting skills
