As an E-commerce Manager for Varner Brand Stores (Levi’s), you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the digital future of Levi’s in the Nordics. At the same time, you’ll contribute to the success of Varner, a company group renowned for its beloved Nordic fashion brands, including Dressmann, Cubus, Volt, Bik Bok, Carlings, Junkyard and Varner Brand Stores.

The Role:

The role will report directly to the Brand Director and be a key player in the leadership team. This is a role where strategy meets execution, and your impact will be visible from day one.

You will be ensuring every aspect of the Levi’s online store—from design to delivery—meets and exceeds expectations. Beyond operations, you’ll lead cross-functional projects, leveraging Varner’s extensive network of expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the budget and overall performance of the Levi’s online store, delivering measurable results.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve ambitious sales and profit targets.
• Continuously refine and improve the customer journey, focusing on user-friendliness and driving conversion rates.
• Drive innovation by contributing to cross-functional projects, ensuring operational excellence across Varner and Tech.
