About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping the product strategy, ensuring we deliver delightful, high-quality experiences for job seekers and recruiters. Your mission is to take our UX practice to the next level—both in terms of execution and strategic influence. As UX Director, you will be part of the Product Leadership Team for Jobs and report to the CPO.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Shape Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to set the UX vision and ensure it aligns with overall business goals.
  • Build and Develop the Team: Grow, mentor, and empower our UX designers to have more impact across all product teams.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the teams on the Seeker and Recruiter side of the marketplace to create end-to-end experiences.
  • Balance Hands-On & Leadership: Be an active contributor to design work when needed, amplifying the impact of UX across teams.
  • Advocate for the User: Ensure that we remain obsessed with solving problems for both our candidates and customers.
