About the Role
As our Group Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, tax compliance, and ensuring tax efficiency across Nammo’s global operations. Reporting to the VP Financial Reporting & Controlling, you will play a crucial role in ensuring tax compliance while identifying and managing risks associated with business operations and transactions. The role collaborates closely with finance, legal, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax regulations across jurisdictions. Oversee transfer pricing documentation.
Tax Risk Management: Develop and implement a global tax governance framework to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure tax-efficient operations.
Process & Technology Improvement: Improve tax reporting through automation and enhanced data management.

Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in International Taxation, Law, Accounting & Auditing, Finance or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal degree
Experience in international tax compliance.
Strong understanding of OECD guidelines, international tax treaties, and relevant frameworks.
Experience in tax risk management and regulatory compliance.
Fluent in English and Norwegian. Competence in German is an advantage.
