Regional Manager, Account Management
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Account Executives, Account Managers and Senior Account Managers. You will coach and support your team, providing the insights and guidance they need to drive growth and performance.
You will play a key role in driving sustainable growth, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture, and ensuring that both individual and team goals are met.
You will be responsible for refining and optimizing your team members' portfolios as well as always seek to enhance the team's incentive structure.
You will actively contribute to internal projects and strategic decision-making as well as collaborating with other teams and departments. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the team’s performance and aligning it with the company’s overall objectives.
As a Regional Manager you will be a part of the Commercial Department, and you will be reporting to the Head of Account Management.

What you need to be successful
Have a bachelor's degree related to account management, sales, business, or a similar field
Leadership experience, an advantage if you also have work experience with customer relationship and sales
Have a commercial mindset
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
