Join Our Team as Group Accounting Manager: Shaping the Future of Battery Technology
This role involves overseeing and coordinating the accounting department, capturing, analyzing and reporting financial data in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for managing the accounting team, performing financial closings, preparing statutory financial statements and tax returns, and collaborating with external auditors. Additionally, you’ll lead the development and optimization of accounting systems like ERP, Anaplan, and Power BI to support the company’s growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that financial data is efficiently captured, processed and presented, providing qualitative insight and decision basis
- Oversee, coordinate and take part in the daily operations of the accounting department, responsible for reporting, compliance and consolidated (IFRS)
- Plan, execute and develop financial closing processes. Be Vianodes primary resource on all accounting issues.
- Owner of the accounting software stack, responsible for maintenance, development and training
- Prepare/co-ordinate annual statutory financial statements and tax returns, collaborate with external auditors. Coordinate all fiscal reporting requirements
- Participate in strategic improvement projects; optimizing and integrating ERP, Anaplan and Power BI, and various initiatives to support the business plan
- Ad hoc tasks and projects
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business or other Finance related subjects
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from relevant position, preferably from an international company/group and/or big 4 audit firm
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, accounting standards and tax
- Strong interest in IT and system development to improve finance and accounting processes and reporting; experience across various ERP systems, Anaplan and Power BI is an advantage
- Fluent English, both verbally and written
