Help us Expect more of AI

Now, we’re looking for an experienced AI Lead to help our organisation to utilize and integrate AI tools, technologies and methodologies in a proactive and efficient way. We’re after someone who combines technical AI expertise with a practical, problem-solving mindset.

What you’ll be doing

As our AI Lead, you’ll define and execute our AI strategy, ensuring that artificial intelligence creates tangible business value and makes a meaningful difference for our clients, our teams, and our organisation. AI at Norwegian Hull Club is about understanding business needs, identifying potential for improvement, enhancing processes and efficiency, and supporting educated decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for Norwegian Hull Club’s AI from strategy to implementation, training, promotion and evaluation. As an active listener with a can-do attitude, you build trust and help your colleagues embrace new technology. Your curiosity and structured approach ensure that you keep yourself updated and educated on all relevant AI developments and best practices. Eager to succeed and see the value of your work in practice, you are self-driven and take pride in your deliveries.
You’ll report to the Head of IT & Business Intelligence.

Qualifications and preferred qualities

To be successful in this role, you need a strong foundation in AI and a passion for real-world applications. We are after someone who has hands-on experience with AI technologies, and holds a degree in either AI, data or computer science, or a related field.
As Norwegian Hull Club’s AI Lead you have a genuine interest in and knowledge of business processes improvements. You are familiar with Azure as an AI platform and should be accustomed to other AI tools, Frameworks and Programming languages. In a company with colleagues of many nationalities, you are very comfortable with English as a working language.
