Macro Offshore is looking for an HR/Payroll & Training Coordinator (50% Position)

We are seeking an organised and proactive individual for the role of HR/Payroll & Training Coordinator in a 50% position to support our HR department in managing crew logistics, crew payroll, and ensuring training compliance for our offshore units. Key Responsibility:

Administer and assist in HR/Payroll & Training tasks related to Macro Offshore Management’s vessels to ensure support and compliance with regulatory, statutory, and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Administer and coordinate crew scheduling for offshore rotations- including overseeing Dawinci bookings.

Manage training documentation and follow up on competency development.

Act as filing agent for Marshall Islands documentation.

Assist with payroll tasks, such as travel expenses, timesheets, and other HR administrative duties.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure commitment to our Company/ HR policies & procedures.

Contribute to the development and improvement of the company’s training systems and HR processes.

Education and Qualifications:

Experience in offshore crewing/HR/payroll functions.

Familiarity with maritime regulations and certification requirements for offshore crew.

Knowledge of Norwegian, UK & Danish working regulations, CBA, and competence requirements.

Fluent in both Norwegian and English.

Strong IT skills, experienced with OCS.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments.
