Desired traits/requirements

• A positive, humble, and caring team player/cook who cares about people
• Food and cooking experience (preferred, not a requirement)
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency is key

• Excellent and collaborative communication skills
• A desire to make personal relationships with guests every day
• Able to lift and carry up to 10kg, and stand for longer periods

Responsibilities

• Cook (woking noodles as well as some small dishes)
• Greet guests, guide their customer journey, resolve guest issues
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu and critical dietary information to effectively communicate ingredients and flavor description to all guests
• Operate cash register and online ordering platforms
• Handling of incoming and outgoing orders
• Set up, maintain, and break down front and kitchen line area
• Ensure restaurant is operated to the quality, efficiency, and food safety (HACCP) standards
• Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station etc.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining area, kitchen and bathroom
