At Vy Strategy, we don’t just create marketing plans—we deliver them. Based in Haugesund, we work with local, national, and international clients, helping them craft strategies that drive real results. We’re a small but dynamic team, and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to jump in, collaborate, and make things happen.

About the Role

As our new Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the founder and the rest of the team to assist in content creation, campaign execution, and project coordination across multiple platforms. In addition to supporting marketing efforts, you will play a key role in keeping track of projects, timelines, and client needs—helping ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation for social media, websites, e-newsletters, and press releases
• Support the coordination of marketing efforts for various clients
• Conduct research to support marketing strategies and content development
• Track and manage projects, deadlines, and client requirements
• Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and communication
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas

Qualifications & Personal Traits

• Education in marketing, communications, or relevant experience
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English (our working language)
• Strong Norwegian writing skills are a plus but not required
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment
• Passion for marketing, creativity, and delivering great results

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, But Not Required)

• Experience with Adobe tools such as Lightroom, InDesign, or Photoshop
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and digital marketing trends
