Looking to Make a Real Impact in Sales Support and Operations?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic professional ready to play a key role in supporting our EMEA sales team and partners while keeping operations running smoothly.
This is a 10-month temporary role (80% workload) based at our Oslo headquarters where you’ll collaborate with a global team and contribute to efficient sales processes and seamless operations.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, ensuring things run efficiently while working closely with teams and partners across EMEA. Your key responsibilities include:
- Sales Support & CRM: Keep Hubspot data up-to-date (budgets, forecasts, leads, profitability), prepare quotes, manage SKUs and price lists, assist with supplier onboarding, and handle security audit documentation.
- Customer & Partner Communication: Support smooth order processing, resolve inquiries, and work with internal teams to manage support cases.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate sales reports, assist with financial reviews, and contribute to presentations and meeting documentation.
- Operations Support: Oversee inventory, process orders (some lifting involved), coordinate project tracking, prepare installation documents, and help keep operations organized and efficient.

What you bring:
- Relevant experience in sales support or customer service (2+ years preferred), with solid CRM (Hubspot) and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
