Receptionist Leader (full time, part time, on-call)

These challenges are waiting for you, among others:

Working in the reception with the reception team to strenghten, develop, train staff and develop the reception to provide the best possible service.

++Daily tasks include:++

-Checking in and out of guests, answering mails/phones

-Acceptance and control of reservations

-Room quality control

-Active sale and oversight of minibar items

-Close cooperation with the housekeeping, technology and quality management departments

-Training new staff

-Implementing and ensuring staff follow routines

-Oversight of maintenence with the vaktmester and operations

-Customer complaint handling alongside reception

-Attendance of weekly reception leader meetings to discuss strategy, routines, opertations, challenges, etc

-Oversight of stock control for front of house

-Reporting to the management team in Enter

-additional tasks as required

Working in shifts, weekends, red days, and weekdays is expected due to the nature of the tourism industry

What do you bring with you:

Sound knowledge in the field of reception

First experiences with reservation systems

You are an organizational talent and pay attention to details

You speak English or Norwegian
