Looking for a tourism driver for 16 seater. Permanent position possible

We are looking for minibus D1 driver for tourism activities who is comfortable talking with people. We are an accessible tourism company, focused on creating comfortable and accessible activities to everyone visiting Tromsø. Applicats must be in Norway already.

We are looking for a competent minibus driver to go on our tours, and to help our guests on their activities. Experience guiding is a great bonus. Knowledge or enthuasiasm to work with people with disabilities also.

There will sometimes be 2 guides on tours, and the responsabilities will be shared amongts everyone.

It is important to have an orientation to customer service, be willing to do the extra effort always. Customer of accessible tourism are commonly persons with disabilities, who may require assistance beyond simple guiding premises.

The position offered may be full time or part time, working in shifts of varied time periods and different days of the week. The shifts will be adjusted to everyone's availability and comfort.

Requirements:

• Drivers License D1 and the YDP (YSK = code 95) course to drive up to 15 paying passengers.
• Be active and like to go outdoors.
• Must speak English. Norwegian appreciated.
• Other languages a big bonus.
• Must be resident of Norway or EU.

We offer:

• On call position for summer. (Starting from 20% could be more depending on demand)
• Relaxed environment.
• Salary from 240 nok per hour (or fixed salary)
• Full time position from November.
