Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and optimization of our knowledge graph and data components. Your contributions will be critical in shaping the future of our products, ensuring they remain innovative and user-friendly. As a Product Manager at Strise, you will play a key role in driving the success of our financial crime prevention solutions.

This position is based in Oslo, Norway.

Strise has an HQ in Oslo and an office in London.

• Oversee the knowledge graph and data components of Strise, which form the backbone of our operations.

• Make data available globally by focusing on acquiring and integrating data from various countries as we continue to expand into new markets.

• Formulating a strategy and executing toward our squad vision to serve data as a product.

• Stay on top of emerging technologies, particularly AI, to monitor the possibilities that we have with our current data and potential problems we can solve.

• Work closely with the Head of Product Management to align on strategic initiatives and drive the company's vision forward.

• Effectively manage differing opinions and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

• 3+ years of product management experience.

• Experience working in a product trio setup, collaborating closely with designer and tech lead.

• Demonstrated ability to lead by putting the team's needs first, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with working towards Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive team performance and product success.

• Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical components to various stakeholders.

• A background in data, with a strong understanding of data governance principles.

• Prior experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

• Worked with enterprise products/ SaaS.
