Sushi Chef

For customer of XL Bemanning we are searching Sushi Chef

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing Tempura, Maki Rolls, Nigiri, and Sashimi to order.
• Ordering fresh ingredients and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Staying updated on new products and Japanese culinary techniques.
• Receiving and managing deliveries from suppliers.

Requirements:

• Experience from Sushi restaurants
• Education as cook is an advantage
• Being able to work in Norway
• Good English skills
