We are looking for a candidate who:


  • Demonstrates exceptional culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Possesses strong leadership abilities to coordinate and manage kitchen staff effectively
  • Excels in administrative work, budget setting and financial reporting
  • Works well with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team
  • Values teamwork, fosters a positive work environment, and encourages professional growth among team members
  • Ensures high food quality standards and adherence to hygiene regulations
  • Exhibits proactive communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, prepare, and present delicious dishes with meticulous attention to detail
  • Develop schedules and coordinate staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Oversee team performance, provide training opportunities, and promote a positive work culture
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene protocols
  • Analyze department performance, develop action plans, and collaborate with the management team on concept and product development
  • Budget setting and financial reporting
