Join Our Team as Communications Assistant- Internship : Shaping the Future of Battery Technology

Vianode AS is owned by world-leading industrial and financial companies Hydro, and Altor. We aim to become a leading solutions provider to the fast-growing battery industry.

Our advanced anode graphite is a key component in the production of lithium-ion batteries and contributes to increased range for electric vehicles, faster charging, long life, and improved safety.

Our first industrial plant for the production of anode graphite is built in Norway, and the start of production is planned in 2024. The next phase large-scale plant is in the planning stage and aims to be in production in 2026.

Key responsibilities in the role

• Support the creation of content for internal and external news channels
• Support monitoring of Vianode media activities
• Develop new formats with us as part of the team, e.g., newsletters, podcasts, or relaunch existing formats with your own ideas
• Supporting the conception and implementation of (digital) internal events
• Contribute to projects, such as Intranet relaunch, website update, branding
• Research content independently and develop measures for different target groups in our internal media
• Close cooperation with all departments to develop new topics

Required Qualifications

• Studying communication sciences, digital design, media design, media education or a similar course of study
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
• First experience with editorial tools
• First experience with editorial work and text writing

Personal Skilles

• Communicate in a target group-oriented way
• High level of communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and goal-oriented work as well as a reliable way of working

Location: This position is based in Oslo or Kristiansand.

Duration: 6-9 months, approximately 15 hours per week.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
