We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and help us build the best software consultancy in the Nordics!
We are a small sales team and each of us is responsible for building new pipelines, owning, and expanding both new and existing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all parts of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and work closely with our customer success team and in-house and partner consultants.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Isaac Gray.
Own your customer pipeline from A to Å
Prospect new customers and book meetings
Conduct customer meetings and manage all deal stages
Map out organizations and key stakeholders
Understand customer needs
Expand existing customer relationships
Provide best-in-class service and experience
5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting business or sales roles
Proven track record of driving sales and expanding customer relationships
Comfortable with technology (sourcing/prospecting, CRM, multi-channel digital outreach)
Excellent in-person meeting skills, capable of understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and presenting solutions
Excellent communication skills, oral and written Norwegian and ideally high proficiency English
Must be driven, proactive, and able to work in a small team environment
