We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and help us build the best software consultancy in the Nordics!


Role Overview

We are a small sales team and each of us is responsible for building new pipelines, owning, and expanding both new and existing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all parts of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and work closely with our customer success team and in-house and partner consultants.

We foster a culture of continuous learning and development. You should thrive in an environment of collaboration, learning and mentorship.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Isaac Gray.


Responsibilities
  • Own your customer pipeline from A to Å

  • Prospect new customers and book meetings

  • Conduct customer meetings and manage all deal stages

  • Map out organizations and key stakeholders

  • Understand customer needs

  • Expand existing customer relationships

  • Provide best-in-class service and experience


Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting business or sales roles

  • Proven track record of driving sales and expanding customer relationships

  • Comfortable with technology (sourcing/prospecting, CRM, multi-channel digital outreach)

  • Excellent in-person meeting skills, capable of understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and presenting solutions

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written Norwegian and ideally high proficiency English

  • Must be driven, proactive, and able to work in a small team environment
