We are thrilled to announce openings for one full-time Chef and one part-time (80%) positions at Abelone Kitchen & Bar, a distinguished establishment within the renowned Resthon family. As part of the Olav Thon group, Resthon has been crafting exceptional bar and restaurant concepts since 1965, creating vibrant social spaces that celebrate food, beverage, and entertainment. At Abelone and our sister venues, we take pride in offering top-tier cuisine made from the finest ingredients, paired with an extensive selection of expertly curated beverages. With each of our ten concepts boasting a unique theme, we promise our guests an unforgettable and immersive dining experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Creating an unforgettable overall experience for the guests
  • Preparing dishes in line with established routines and profitability goals
  • Daily mise en place, catering for lunches, conference dinners, banquet events, and more
  • Ensuring adherence to food management and hygiene protocols
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and back spaces
