The rigs are compact, with low PoB and operated by a highly competent and experienced team. We are certified with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management standard and the ISO 50001 Energy Management System standard and continuously invest in technology and competence that reduce emissions and bring long-term value creations for our customers and society.

The ERO`s tasks and responsibilities are, but not limited to, following:

• Perform daily watch keeping in CCR.
• Prepare for start-up and operation of all engine systems in corporation with control room operator for a safe DP operation of vessel.
• Maintain engine systems and equipment on his/ her shift.
• Familiarise him/ herself with all piping and valves related to the engine systems in order to safely operate same.
• Monitor the daily consumption of diesel oil, lubrication oil, and potable water to ensure that adequate quantities are available from the consumption tanks for next 24 hrs.
• Familiarise him/ herself with how to operate all emergency systems including shut down systems.
• Establish and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout his area of responsibility
• Keep Engine Room Logs.
• Ensure that orders and instructions given in writing or verbally are fully understood and adhered to.
• Inform his/ her supervisor of any suggestions to make a safer working environment and a more efficient operation of unit.
• Actively contribute to a continuous improvement of the maintenance system.

Suitable applicants should ideally have:

• Basic Safety Training - STCW
• Engineer Officer class 4
• Offshore Medical Certificate
• Offshore Medical Certificate for marine officers
• Work Permit & Safe Job Analysis
• Singapore Endorsement on CoC/GoC
• Asbestos Awareness
• Banksmann & Slinger (O 1.1 og 2.3)
• Chemical Handling - basic knowledge
• P-2.4 Simple Lifting devices
• Fall prevention basic
• G11 Slinger
• GDPR Awareness
• ISPS Designated Security Duties
• None electrical ignition sources
• Potable Water Treatment Course
• Chemical Handling - basic knowledge
