This hotel has a vibrant kitchen that caters to a range of parties, events, and an exquisite restaurant, providing an unforgettable dining experience for up to 150-200 guests and a cozy seating arrangement for 60 guests.

It's a restaurant with a real charcoal grill and an open kitchen, so guests get close to the chefs and can watch the dishes being prepared.

Requirements:

  Minimum 5 years experience from an a la carte kitchen and buffet service in a hotel

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines

  
  
• 
  

  Good communication skills in English, and knowing Norwegian is a huge plus

  
  
• 
  

  It is important that you have a good understanding of efficient operations and a good ability to plan and structure your work. Versatility and flexibility are key.

  
  

If both sides are happy, then the seasonal contract can be prolonged to a permanent contract.

Working period: ASAP - 31.08.2024

Accommodation: 630.83 NOK/month near workplace (own bedroom, shared bathroom, internet, shared living room)

Food: Free on working days (1 time)

Salary: 250.00 - 260.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 162.00 / month

The approximate salary with normal hours is 260.00 * 162 * 12.00% = 47174.40 NOK before taxes (~25.00)

Salary additions

Sunday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Saturday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour

Vacation addition 12.00 %

Night time addition 54.76 NOK/Hour

Evening time addition 15.65 NOK/Hour

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
