Alu Rehab Norway creates and sells high-end comfortable wheelchairs under the brand name Netti. It is part of the Meyra Group since 2020 and builds the formerly HQ of Alu Rehab. The team in Klepp supports directly their local markets in Norway and Scandinavia, and also owns product design and engineering globally. Especially the global functions needs to be considered as matrix responsibility. In 2023 the company launched Netti V, a new multifunctional wheelchair, which is very well received in the market. The company is now scaling up to meet the large increase in sales volume especially in Norway.



Key areas of responsibility will be

• Lead local management and culture building
  
  
  • Lead local managers and coordinate cross-functional work, enabling, supporting, and ensuring decision-making to achieve shared targets.
  • Building, managing, and motivating the team in a matrix organization
  • Own and drive daily operations for Klepp to fulfill customer expectation and company key KPI’s (delivery performance, product quality, revenues, earnings)
• Quality assurance (13485 certification)
  
  • Supervise and ensure compliance in Norway.
  • Support and supervise quality, health and safety for Meyra Group Nordic locations in Denmark.
• Company formalities
  
  • Ensure organization meets Norwegian financial reporting, audit and reporting requirements, etc.
  • Responsible for site assets and warehouse infrastructure
  • Close interaction with local and regional management.

Target candidates

• Experienced manager and team builder, preferably with experience from matrix or distributed organizations (distribution, production/assembly)
• Good communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team of colleagues towards common goals.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take an active part in daily coordination and operations
• Pragmatism and open mind set
• Experience in leveraging company network to promote growth and development
• Basic experience in materials management and supply chain
• Minimum bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, engineering, equivalent.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Medical device quality and regulatory affairs, 13485 certification, QMS, can be an advantage
