Job Opportunity: Sales Manager at Huawei

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Support the Account Director in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with operators, retailers, and partners.

  • Product Management: Oversee product coverage, sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out target KPIs.

  • Product Visibility: Ensure Huawei products' visibility and manage accessory wall setups.

  • Sales Forecasting & Planning: Develop sales forecasts, conduct customer visits, and create business development plans.

  • Sales Performance: Achieve account sales KPIs, including sales targets, revenue, profit, and Days of Supply (DOS) management.

  • Customer Engagement: Organize meetings and workshops with customers, including roadmap presentations, campaign plans, and offers.

  • Reporting: Deliver monthly sales activity reports and sales forecasts.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: A proven track record of successful relationship building and value-creating sales within a specific industry niche, or transferable skills from another industry with a willingness to learn.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both English and Norwegian.

  • Customer Insight: Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to anticipate requirements and provide customized solutions.

  • Professional Background: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in key account management and sales roles within the consumer business or a related field, with knowledge of IoT products.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel across the Nordic region (a driving license is essential).
