The Group Finance team at CatalystOne is evolving and expanding. Currently, our team consists of the CFO, Head of Group Accounting, and Contract Manager. Our accounting operations are managed in-house in Norway through our Accountant Manager, while they are outsourced in Sweden and Denmark. Salary management is outsourced across all three countries. As part of our growth, we will be adding a Senior Financial Controller and more finance professionals soon.

What you'll do as Business Controller

  Financial Insights: Provide financial and operational analyses and insights, focusing on SaaS KPIs.

  Reporting: Prepare reports to the Executive Management Team, the Board and organisation.

  
  
• 
  

  Subscription Management: Oversee ARR subscriptions in our Software License Management System (Younium), including invoicing and SaaS analytics.

  
  
• 
  

  Power BI & Digitalization: Participate in the digitalization of processes related to our ARR subscriptions using Power BI.

  
  
• 
  

  M&A Integration: Support M&A processes and the integration of new companies, supporting our expansion strategy.

  
  
• 
  

  Ad Hoc Projects: Take on various projects as needed to support the company and finance team's objectives.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Educational Background: Master's degree in Economics or a related field

  
  
• 
  

  Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Controller, preferably from P.E. backed SaaS companies.

  
  
• 
  

  Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Power BI and other similar reporting and analytical tools

  
  
• 
  

  System Savvy: Enjoys working with systems to create insightful reports and analyses.

  
  
• 
  

  Innovative Mindset: Enthusiastic about finding smarter ways to solve tasks and improve processes.

  
  
• 
  

  Language Proficiency: Excellent language skills in Norwegian and English, with a good understanding of Swedish and Danish.
