Location: Oslo

Position: Full-time, potential for permanent employment after a trial period

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, daytime

Requirements for Applicants:

• Extensive experience in slaughterhouse/production with cutting of cattle, sheep, and pigs
• Solid knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness
• Proficiency in Norwegian or English is an absolute requirement

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out the slaughtering process/meat cutting professionally and correctly: sheep and cattle
• Control and quality assurance
• Adherence to hygiene and safety standards
• Collaboration with other departments
