Vard Design & Engineering is a part of VARD and leading in development of advanced and specialized vessel designs. We are now strengthening our Machinery team within Functional Design, and are looking for an experienced and proficient engineer!

Duties and responsibilities

• Project coordination / execution
• Oversee project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure clear understanding of project requirements
• System design
• Equipment integration

Qualifications

• Bsc or Msc ship design / mechanical engineer/ product development
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Experienced in rules & regulations related to design and shipbuilding
• Previous experience in project coordination is preferred
